Facility Structure — Humanity Homes

Our Model

Each Humanity Homes sanctuary is thoughtfully designed as a secure, self-contained thirty acre campus, fully walled for the safety and protection of the children. The facility includes family style residential homes, a modern medical clinic, therapy centers, educational buildings, a central dining hall, recreational spaces, agricultural land and beautiful green areas.

Rather than living in an institutional environment, every child will be cared for in a small, nurturing home by dedicated and compassionate caregivers – giving them the love, stability, and sense of belonging they have never known.

What Each Area Provides

Accommodations

The residential building will accommodate up to 300 children. Each room will have a maximum of 10 children and will be designed to be spacious enough for easy wheelchair maneuverability. The building will contain a total of 38 rooms – 30 dedicated to children with disabilities and eight rooms for visiting volunteers.

Administration

The administrative team will be kept intentionally small and efficient, consisting of seven core members, including a local director, human resources manager, accountant, purchasing manager and support staff. In addition, the facility will employ nurses and caregivers, kitchen staff and farm workers. A ratio of one caregiver for every ten children will be maintained, with staff working across three rotating eight-hour shifts to ensure consistent, high-quality care at all times.

Kitchen & Dining Hall

At the heart of the home will lie a warm and welcoming kitchen and dining area designed not as an institutional cafeteria but as the true gathering place of a family. Here, nourishing meals will be prepared with care and dignity using fresh ingredients to support the health and development of every disabled child. The space will be intentionally created to foster a sense of belonging, where children can share meals together, learn basic life skills, and experience the simple joy of sitting down to eat as a family. Every detail will be thoughtfully chosen to reflect compassion, humanity and respect for the children who call this place home.

Clinic

A dedicated on-site clinic will provide round-the-clock medical care for every disabled child. A pediatric specialist with extensive experience in treating disabled children will attend daily, supported by a compassionate nursing team available twenty-four hours a day. The clinic will be equipped to address routine medical needs, therapeutic care and emergency situations, ensuring that no disabled child would need to leave the home for basic healthcare.

The entire space will be thoughtfully designed with gentleness and dignity, creating a calm and reassuring environment where every disabled child receives medical care with the utmost respect and compassion.

Therapy

This dedicated space will be a place of gentle healing and quiet hope. Here, every child will receive specialized physical, occupational, and speech therapy designed to strengthen their bodies, improve their mobility, develop their communication skills, and support their daily abilities. The center will be thoughtfully equipped with all necessary therapeutic tools and equipment required to care for children with severe disabilities.

Compassionate and experienced therapists will work closely with each child, offering patient, individualized attention that honors their unique needs and pace of progress.

The therapy center will be open eight hours every day, providing consistent and loving support so that each child may grow in comfort, dignity and strength.

Education

This dedicated learning space will provide every child with a meaningful and personalized education, carefully designed to match their individual abilities and potential. We believe that behind physical challenges may lie brilliant minds – minds capable of greatness, creativity, and even genius.

Just as a lotus seed struggles through darkness before rising and blossoming into extraordinary beauty, we are committed to nurturing the unique gifts within each child. Through patient, compassionate teaching and dedicated support, we will help every child develop their intellect, discover their talents, and reach their fullest potential.

Our goal is to equip them with the knowledge, confidence, and skills they need to live with dignity and purpose – and perhaps one day stand strong and contribute meaningfully to the world.

Playground

Spanning ten acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, this expansive playground will serve as a place of joy, freedom and discovery for every child. Fully accessible and thoughtfully designed for children in wheelchairs and those with limited mobility, it would feature adaptive swings, wheelchair-accessible merry-go-rounds, sensory gardens, music walls, water play features, soft play zones, therapeutic pony riding trails, shaded pavilions, gentle rolling hills and pickleball courts.

The playground will be under constant professional supervision, with no more than one hundred children present at any given time to ensure every child receives proper attention and care.

This large, open space will allow every child to enjoy the outdoors with dignity, comfort and genuine happiness.

Visitation Hall

This warm and welcoming space will serve as a sanctuary for families. The Visitation Hall is created with deep understanding that, though these children no longer live with their families, the bond between parent and child remains sacred.

Designed with comfort, dignity and tenderness, this hall will allow parents and relatives to visit the children on weekends between 9 AM and 5 PM. It will offer a peaceful, beautifully furnished environment where families can sit together, hold their child's hand, share stories and simply be present with one another.

Every detail in the space will be thoughtfully designed so that visits may become moments of love, healing, and reconnection – giving both the child and their family a place where their hearts can meet with grace and dignity.
